The Health Collaborative is a group of organizations intent on decreasing the prevalence of overweight and obese youth. It’s a team effort that includes all of our member organizations, the schools, our volunteers and most especially you – the parents of our children.
We're accomplishing this mission by supporting educational programs and family activities that teach, encourage and inspire healthy behaviors.
